For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DEPARTMENT. The Parks and Recreation Department of the town.
DIRECTOR. The director of the Parks and Recreation Department of the town and is the person immediately in charge of any park area and its activities.
PARK. A park, playground, community center, or any other area or structure in the town, owned or leased or used by the town.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind.
VEHICLE. Any wheeled conveyance, whether motor-powered, animal-drawn, or self-propelled; except wheel chairs and similar vehicles, baby carriages, and vehicles in the service of the town parks.
