(B) Mayor’s authority. The Mayor of the Town of Kenly is authorized to make the appropriate arrangements with the State of North Carolina to the end that the intent of this schedule can be effectuated.
(C) Parking or loafing. Parking or loafing in any alley within the limits of the Town of Kenly is prohibited, except as otherwise provided by ordinance, without the permission of a police officer.
(D) Enforcement. This schedule will be enforced by the Town of Kenly Police Department.
