It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or cause to be parked, any truck or tractor drawn trailer, larger than 1½-ton capacity, upon any of the streets, public alleys, or right-of-way of the city within the residential areas of the city, or the area leased from the Seaboard Coastline Railroad from Edgerton Street to Second Street on both sides of the Railroad and from Second Street to Third Street on the east side of Railroad.
