It shall be unlawful for any person to “gun” a motor or to otherwise operate a motor vehicle on the streets, alleys, parking lots, or other public places in the Town of Kenly in a manner as to cause the wheels of the vehicle to suddenly spin, slide, or skid, or in a way as to propel the vehicle suddenly forward or backward with great force.
