(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, coaster, go-cart, toy vehicle, or similar device upon any sidewalk or walkway within the Town of Kenly that is so posted. This section shall not pertain to individuals confined to or utilizing a wheelchair.
(B) No person shall ride a bicycle, motorcycle, or similar vehicle on any street within the Town of Kenly without having their hands upon the handlebars.
(C) This section shall be effective as of 10-1-1991.
