§ 52.090  COMPLIANCE MONITORING.
   The town may develop procedures for receipt of electronic reports for any reporting requirements of this chapter. Such procedures shall comply with 40 C.F.R. Part 3. These procedures shall be enforceable under Section 8 of this chapter.
