Licensees holding a valid Class A Restaurant License are authorized to sell and deliver "to go" cocktails and single servings of wine subject to and in accordance with the 235 ILCS 5/6-28.8. Any Class A Restaurant licensee selling or delivering cocktails and single servings of wine in accordance with this section is considered to hold a combined on- premises/off-premises liquor license for the express and limited purpose of selling or delivering cocktails and single servings of wine in accordance with this section. In the event 235 ILCS 5/6-28.8 is repealed, this section is automatically repealed without further action by the Village Board and, upon repeal, the additional privileges granted by this section will automatically terminate.
