The "Food Service Sanitation Code", 77 Ill. Admin. Code 750, as may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein, except where it is in direct conflict with other sections of this code, and any further amendments to said rules and regulations shall be automatically adopted, and such regulations shall apply to all establishments in the village that engage in storage, handling, sale or preparation of food or drink intended for human consumption.
