The Foreign Fire Insurance Board shall consist of the Chief of the Fire Department and no fewer than two, and not more than five, of the members of the Fire Department, who shall be elected at large annually by the members of the Fire Department. The Chief of the Fire Department shall serve as the Chair and Treasurer of the Foreign Fire Insurance Board. Before taking office, the Treasurer of the Foreign Fire Insurance Board shall execute and file with the Village Clerk, a sufficient bond to the village, approved by the Village President, conditioned upon the faithful performance of his or her duties as that officer.
