§ 33.081 APPOINTED AND TERM OF MEMBERS.

The board of trustees of the Police Pension Fund shall consist of five members, as provided by state law. The term of office of the members shall be as prescribed by law. The election of the trustees shall be held at such times and places as are required by law and in the manner required by law.
