§ 118.03 VACANT GROUND FLOOR PREMISES STOREFRONT MAINTENANCE.

Any vacant, ground floor premises that is located within the B Business District, must, in addition to the requirements set forth in § 118.02 of this chapter, if applicable, be maintained in good condition, kept neat, clean, attractive, and lighted, as required by this code.
