Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a local liquor license shall be terminated, automatically and without a public hearing, upon the conviction of the local liquor licensee, or any officer, director, manager, partner, or shareholder thereof, by any court of law of a willful violation of any of the provisions of the Liquor Control Act.
