§ 116.073 SPECIAL EVENTS.
   (A)   General requirements. No person, firm, corporation or limited liability company shall sell, offer for sale, or dispense any alcoholic liquor at a special event located in the village except in compliance with the following:
      (1)   The seller shall obtain all liquor licenses required pursuant to this chapter and the Liquor Control Act;
      (2)   No individual shall be permitted to purchase more than two alcoholic beverages at any one time; and
      (3)   The quantity of alcoholic liquor within each beverage sold shall not exceed 16 ounces of beer, six ounces of wine, or one and one-half ounces of distilled spirits.
   (B)   Licenses. Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, no Class A, B, C, G, or H local liquor licensee shall be required to obtain an additional local liquor license for the sale of alcoholic liquor at a special event.
