§ 116.071 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY MINORS.
   The consumption, purchase, or possession of alcoholic beverages by any person under 21 years of age is prohibited, except in accordance with and pursuant to § 116.070 of this chapter or § 134.02(A) of this code.
