(A) It is unlawful to sell, or offer for sale, at retail any alcoholic liquor in the village except between the hours set forth below:
(1) Class A license: between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; except that the 12:00 a.m. closing hour shall be extended to 1:00 a.m. on New Year's Day.
(2) Class B license: between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
(3) Class C license: between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; except that the 12:00 a.m. closing hour shall be extended to 1:00 a.m. on New Year's Day.
(4) Class D license: between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
(5) Class E license: between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
(6) Class F license: between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.
(7) Class G license: between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; except that the 12:00 a.m. closing hour shall be extended to 1:00 a.m. on New Year's Day.
(8) Class H license: between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; except that the 12:00 a.m. closing hour shall be extended to 1:00 a.m. on New Year's Day.
(9) Class S rider: between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. in any residence district of the village, and between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. in all other areas within the village.
(B) Licensed premises may remain open for the sale of food or other products during the hours within which the sale of alcoholic liquor is prohibited pursuant to this § 116.068; except that no alcoholic liquor may be sold to, or consumed by, the public during such hours.
