§ 116.067 SALES WITHIN RESTAURANTS.
   (A)   Size of bar and lounge areas limited. No Class A local liquor licensee may maintain within the licensed premises a bar or lounge area containing more than 10% of the total number of seats located within the entire licensed premises.
   (B)   Sales to waiting patrons. Class A local liquor licensees may sell alcoholic liquor to dining patrons waiting to be seated at tables for the service of food, at a bar or within a lounge located within the licensed premises.
