All local liquor licensees shall maintain dram shop insurance for the premises within which alcoholic liquor is sold in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The dram shop insurance coverage shall name the Village and its elected and appointed officers, agents, employees, and officials as additional insured parties.
