Whenever the village has entered into an agreement for the services of any fire department of any nearby municipality, all fire calls shall be made in accordance with the terms of that agreement. In case of emergency, the Fire Marshal or other duly authorized members of the Fire Department shall have the authority to call upon other nearby fire departments for assistance.
