§ 32.50 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT.
   There is hereby created a Fire Department, an administrative department of the village. The Fire Department shall consist of a Fire Marshal, who shall be the Chief of the Fire Department, and the Chair and members of the Public Safety/Community Affairs Committee as ex officio members, and/or any other persons as may from time to time be appointed by the Village Board.
