§ 32.38 VILLAGE JAIL.
   (A)   The metal doored and barred rooms or cells in the Police Department building, or any other place which is hereafter established by the Board of Trustees for that purpose, shall be the jail of the village.
   (B)   The jail shall be used for the incarceration of any person arrested until that person is brought before a magistrate or other properly constituted legal tribunal for a hearing and admitted to bail or discharged, or until that person is lawfully transferred to some other place of incarceration.
