§ 153.276 DUTIES OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

   The duties of the Board of Trustees in connection with this chapter shall not include hearing and deciding questions of interpretation and enforcement that may arise. The procedure for deciding these questions shall be as stated in this chapter. Under this chapter the Board of Trustees shall have only the duties:

   (A)   Of considering and acting upon applications for special uses as provided in § 153.245;

   (B)   Of considering and adopting or rejecting proposed amendments or the repeal of this chapter, as provided by law; and

   (C)   Of establishing a schedule of fees and charges as stated in §§ 153.290 through 153.294.
