The following minimum off-street parking facilities shall be provided. When the determination of the number of required parking spaces results in the requirement of a fractional space, any fraction shall require one additional space.

Nonresidential uses in the B Business District | At least 1 parking space for each 600 square feet of floor area above the ground floor |
School on a new site | At least 3 parking spaces for each 2 rooms in which classes are conducted |
Single-family dwelling and single-family attached dwelling | At least one parking space |
