§ 150.431 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBCHAPTER PREREQUISITE TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT.
   No building permit shall be issued to erect a building for habitation on any lot or parcel of land covered by this subchapter until the requirements of this subchapter are complied with.
