There shall be dedicated for street purposes a portion of the lot or parcel of land as is necessary to supply the builder’s portion of any streets which are necessary to adequately serve the lot or parcel of land and the needs of the area in which it is located. In no event shall any street when completely dedicated be less than 50 feet in width.
