§ 150.291 ADDITIONS, DELETIONS AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL FUEL GAS CODE.

   The following sections of the aforesaid International Fuel Gas Code, 2015 edition, are hereby amended, deleted or modified as hereinafter set forth:

101.1	Title	Insert “the Village of Kenilworth, Cook County, Illinois” for “[name of jurisdiction].”
106.5.2	Fee schedule	Delete “in the following schedule.” Also delete bracketed material and substitute “Fees established by the Village of Kenilworth Board of Trustees by resolution from time to time.”
106.5.3	Fee refunds	Delete subsection.
108.4	Violation penalties	Delete entire subsection.
