Airborne particles generated during demolition, stone and brick cutting and other dust-emitting activities shall be controlled by thoroughly saturating all affected portions of the structure, building materials, equipment and surrounding construction site with water. This spraying shall be undertaken at any time necessary to thoroughly control the creation and migration of dust and other airborne particles.
