Every applicant for a construction or demolition permit shall be provided with a copy of the construction site management regulations contained in §§ 150.135 through 150.143 and the noise regulations contained in Chapter 95, and shall sign a form acknowledging receipt thereof. The applicant shall maintain a copy of these regulations with the approved construction documents on the site, as well as post a copy of these regulations, on a form to be provided by the village, in a prominent place at the construction site in advance of the commencement of the construction or demolition work. This form shall include the contact information, including the telephone number and address, of the contractor or other responsible person to be contacted in case of emergencies. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that a copy of the regulations and contact information are prominently posted and maintained on the construction site until all work has been completed, and removal is approved by the Building Commissioner.
