§ 150.120 CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE.
   Prior to issuance of a permit for any demolition or construction, the permit applicant shall provide the village with a certificate of insurance establishing that the contractor to be performing the work has general liability insurance coverage for all damage to persons and property, including public property and private property, that may result from the proposed work on the construction site. The insurance coverage shall be in limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in the aggregate. The certificate of insurance shall provide that insurance coverage shall be maintained during the entire time that work is being performed on the site pursuant to the permit.
