§ 150.028 PROCESSING OF APPLICATION.
   Upon receipt of an application for a demolition permit, the code official, in consultation with a member of the Building Review Commission designated from time to time by the Chair of the Building Review Commission, shall make a final determination as to whether the application is complete within 30 days after the date of filing the application. The code official shall forward any application determined to be complete to the Building Review Commission unless the code official shall determine to issue a demolition permit pursuant to § 150.024 or the application does not require Building Review Commission review, as set forth in §§ 150.030 and 150.054(C). If the code official, in consultation with a member of the Building Review Commission designated from time to time by the Chair of the Building Review Commission, determines that an application is not complete or otherwise fails to comply with this chapter, the code official shall notify the applicant.
