Where a subchapter in this chapter does not have a permit or certificate of occupancy requirement, the work governed by that subchapter shall be governed by the permit or certificate of occupancy requirements of §§ 150.185 and 150.186 of this chapter for detached one- and two-family dwellings, and §§ 150.155 and 150.156 of this chapter for all other work.
