§ 132.21 KEEPING GAMBLING HOUSES OR DEVICES PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to keep a place of gambling in the village by himself, herself, or his or her agent, or to procure or permit any person to frequent or to come together to play for money or other valuable thing at any game at any place in the village. It is also unlawful for any person to possess or use in the village any table, device, handbook, bagatelle, pigeon hole tables, video gaming terminals or any other electronic gambling device or paraphernalia or other apparatus for playing at any game or sport for money or any valuable thing, or keep or allow to be used or rented any table, device, handbook, bagatelle, pigeon hole table, video gaming terminals or any other electronic gambling device or paraphernalia or other apparatus for playing at any game or sport for money or other valuable thing or to keep or allow to be used or rented any place for gambling purposes.
