§ 132.20 GAMBLING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Prohibition. It is unlawful for any person in the village to play for money or other valuable thing at any game with cards, dice, chips or checks, or at billiards or pool, bagatelle, pigeon hole tables, video gaming terminals or any other electronic gambling device or with any other article, instrument or thing whatsoever which may be used for the purpose of playing or betting upon or winning or losing money or anything of value, or to bet on any game others may be playing.
   (B)   Definition. For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
         VIDEO GAMING TERMINAL. The meaning assigned to it in § 5 of the Video Gaming Act, 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq.
