§ 132.05 TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANT.

No person other than an employee of the village, or duly authorized by the Fire Marshal or Village Board, shall open or attempt to open, or tamper with, or obstruct the approach to any fire hydrant, and except in case of public emergency, shall use any device other than a proper hydrant wrench to open any fire hydrant.
