§ 132.02 IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely represent himself or herself to be a member of the Police Department or conservator of the peace, or maliciously or with intent to deceive, use or imitate any of the signals of the Police Department, or to wear any uniform or part thereof which would be generally accepted as a police uniform; and it shall be unlawful for any person to use, wear or exhibit a star, shield or other similar device or insignia usually used or worn by members of the Police Department or conservators of the peace, except as otherwise provided by ordinance or law.
