§ 132.01 DUTY OF CITIZENS TO ASSIST POLICE.

It shall be the duty of every person, when called upon by any member of the Police Department, to promptly aid and assist him or her in the execution of his or her police duties, but no police officer shall call for assistance except in case of emergency and necessity.
