§ 130.02 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to be guilty of disorderly conduct or of any conduct which shall tend to a breach of the peace in the village.
   (B)   The causing or making of any unnecessary loud noise and shouting or yelling is considered disorderly conduct.
