§ 117.23 WHEN SECONDHAND DEALER’S LICENSE REQUIRED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS OF PAWNBROKER.
   No pawnbroker shall conduct the business of secondhand dealer without obtaining the license required for the dealer in addition to his or her pawnbroker’s license.
