§ 117.02 ITINERANT JUNK DEALERS; LICENSE; FEE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase, sell or deal in junk, old rags, paper, bags, metals, bottles, automobiles, trucks or vehicles to be dismantled, or other similar articles, without first obtaining a license therefor, for which the fee shall be established in the annual fee ordinance.
