Section 114.29 of this code and the unabridged form of ordinance adopted thereby and § 114.30 of this code shall be enforced by the Health Officer of the village, or his or her authorized representative, in accordance with the interpretations thereof contained in the 1943 Edition of the U.S. Public Health Service Code Regulating Eating and Drinking Establishments, three copies of which have been on file in the office of the Village Clerk more than 15 days prior to the adoption of the sections.
