§ 114.20 DEFINITION.

   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   RESTAURANT. A place, house or room where meals, short-order lunches, sandwiches or prepared foods are sold for public consumption, on or off the premises.
