§ 114.09 EMPLOYEES AND THE LIKE TO KEEP CLEAN AND FREE FROM DISEASE; EXAMINATION.
   (A)   All persons engaged in handling or coming in contact with food intended for human consumption shall keep themselves clean, both as to person and clothing, and shall not have any contagious or infectious diseases while preparing or serving food that could be passed to those who consume or handle the food.
   (B)   The Health Officer may require any person engaged in handling or coming in contact with foods to submit to an examination or produce a certificate from a reputable physician showing that the provisions of this section are being complied with.
