§ 114.07 SANITARY REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Premises. The premises, building and vending machines used for the sale of food intended for human consumption must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. It is unlawful to permit any accumulation of refuse or waste of any kind, any decaying animal or plant matter, to remain thereon or therein.
   (B)   Unwrapped food. No unwrapped food shall be displayed or stored in any food dealer’s establishment unless the same is effectually screened, protected against insects and rodents and otherwise protected from outside contamination.
   (C)   Display outside building. No foods shall be displayed outside the doors of any building unless they be enclosed in a glass case or container impervious to insect bites, animals or other outside contamination.
   (D)   Keeping in open shelves and the like. No foods shall be kept in open shelves or display cases nor exposed less than 18 inches above the floor.
   (E)   Sleeping in room used to store or keep. No person shall be allowed to sleep in any room used to store or keep food intended for sale for human consumption.
   (F)   Expectorating. It is unlawful for any person to expectorate on the floor, walls, furniture, equipment or appliances of any food establishment.
