The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held on the third Monday of each month of the year at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Kenilworth Village Hall, except as may be modified by the Board of Trustees in accordance with applicable law. No meeting of the Village Board or any other meeting required to be open to the public shall be held on a legal holiday unless the regular meeting day falls on that holiday. Unless otherwise specified in the notice of the meeting, all meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held in the Kenilworth Village Hall, including special adjourned meetings, and all meetings, except executive sessions, shall be open to the public as is required by statute.
