§ 112.23 LIMITATION ON LICENSEE.
   No licensee under this chapter shall:
   (A)   Cheating or defrauding. Cheat or defraud any person in the village;
   (B)   False representations. Make any false representations to any person in the village;
   (C)   Bartering, selling goods other than specified in application. Barter, sell or peddle any goods, wares or merchandise other than those specified in his or her application for a license;
   (D)   Noise. Make, cause, permit or allow to be made, while upon streets, sidewalks and public places, any noise of any kind by crying, calling or shouting or by means of any whistle, rattle, bell, gong, clapper, hammer, drum, horn or similar device, for the purpose of advertising or of attracting the attention or inviting the patronage of any person; and
   (E)   Sale of goods upon streets, sidewalks and the like. Except as hereinafter provided, sell, or offer for sale, any goods, wares or merchandise in or upon any street, sidewalk or public place within the village.
