The permit issued pursuant to this subchapter may be revoked by the Chief of Police for violations by the holder thereof of any of the provisions of this code, ordinances of the village or of any state or federal law, or whenever the holder of the permit, in the judgment of the Chief of Police, engages in an activity that would constitute grounds for denial of a permit or otherwise ceases to possess the qualifications required by this chapter for the issuance of the permit.
