§ 111.120 OBSTRUCTING VIEW; OVERCROWDING.
   It is unlawful to permit any person, except ushers or other employees, to remain standing in a hall or room in which a theatrical performance or other public amusement for which the patrons are commonly seated is presented, during the time of the performance, or to permit any person to remain standing therein at that time. It is also unlawful for any person to admit into any place more persons than can be accommodated by the seating arrangements therein.
