§ 111.118 THEATRICALS IN NON-LICENSED PREMISES.

No theatrical performance, exhibition, carnival, game for hire or other public amusement shall be presented on or upon any premises or in any building which does not fully comply with the requirements of this code or any other ordinances of the village relating to buildings to be used for theatrical performances, exhibitions, carnivals, games for hire or other public amusements.
