§ 30.21 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Village President shall be the chief executive officer of the village.
   (B)   The Village President shall devote to the duties of his or her office whatever time the faithful discharge thereof may require.
   (C)   In addition to the foregoing, the Village President shall perform all such other duties and acts and have all additional powers that are or may be prescribed by the laws of the state, or the ordinances of the village.
