§ 111.091 RIGHTS OF THE VILLAGE.
   As a condition of any permit granted pursuant to this subchapter, the applicant shall agree that the village may, in its discretion:
   (A)   Exercise control over or otherwise regulate or restrict the use of public streets, rights-of-way and buildings of the village during the permitted event or activity;
   (B)   Exercise control over or otherwise regulate or restrict the hours and general location of the permitted event or activity;
   (C)   Prohibit or order the cessation of any or all permitted activities, or revoke any permit, if the permitted event or activity is determined to be hazardous to the public, health, safety or welfare or upon a finding of violation of any ordinance or any condition or provision of the permit; and
   (D)   Have full and complete access to the permitted event or activity and permission to inspect all structures, devices, and equipment to be used in connection with the permitted event or activity.
