§ 111.087 DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

The village may require the applicant to provide a damage deposit or other security prior to the commencement of the permitted event or activity, the amount of which shall be determined by the Village Manager in light of the nature of the event, activities, persons, property and risks involved.
